2. Appointments & Cancellations

• All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, email, or our online booking system.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments without prior notice may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

3. Payments & Fees

• Payment is required at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

• We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

• Certain treatments require a deposit, which is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice.

4. NHS & Private Treatment

• We provide both NHS and private dental treatments. Availability of NHS services may be subject to NHS regulations and funding.

• Private treatments are offered at competitive rates, and costs will be discussed before proceeding with any procedure.

5. Emergency Appointments

• We strive to offer same-day emergency appointments for urgent dental issues.

• Emergency appointments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Patient Responsibilities

• Patients must provide accurate medical and personal information to ensure safe and effective treatment.

• It is the patient’s responsibility to attend scheduled appointments on time.

• We expect all patients to treat our staff with respect. Abusive or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of treatment.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

• We comply with UK GDPR and Data Protection laws to ensure your personal information is handled securely and confidentially.

• Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing dental care and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

8. Complaints Procedure

• We take patient concerns seriously. If you have a complaint, please contact us via phone or email.

• Complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days and investigated in accordance with our complaints policy.

9. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at our practice and on our website.
